This notice covers the SUMMON brand website's collaboration form, email correspondence and visit analytics. Ticketing and other mini program services have notices at their respective entry points.

Information you provide

The collaboration form collects your name, email address, message and consent. Your company or brand is optional. Submission time, page language, source page and campaign tags are recorded to identify the source of an enquiry.

When you email our team, we retain the email address, subject, content, attachment information and subsequent correspondence to respond to your enquiry. Direct email is recorded as incoming correspondence, not as a website consent checkbox or marketing subscription.

Use and storage

Forms and incoming emails enter the SUMMON relay station, where authorised team members can read, reply and follow up. A form submission receives an acknowledgement; this does not confirm a partnership. Collaboration enquiries do not automatically subscribe you to promotional email.

Conversations, delivery states and necessary operation records support follow-up, retries and account protection. Downloading an attachment requires administrator authentication.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website and its API. Contact records are stored in the relay station database. Resend provides email sending, receiving and attachment services. These providers process the information needed to deliver their respective functions.

Visit analytics

Visit records contain page path, language, referring domain, campaign tags and time. These records do not store an IP address, browser fingerprint or persistent visitor identifier. The website skips these analytics when your browser enables Do Not Track. Hosting and email providers may also retain technical logs needed to operate their services.

Access, correction and deletion

Use the Contact page to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you provided, or to ask the team to stop contacting you. We may need to confirm your identity to protect your information.

External services and updates

Maps, WeChat and other external services follow their own privacy notices. We update this notice when the website's functions change.
